"Troubleshooting 101"
Having issues with creating your Kerberos ID, MIT email, or obtaining your MIT Web certificate? We hope not, but just in case, the link provided below will bring you to the IS&T (Information Services & Technology) website for students. It has a plethora of resources related to computing at MIT, as well as contact information for the IS&T helpdesk.
