Well let me introduce myself, my name is Alex Hoyt and I am a staff member in the UAAP. I am 25 years old and a 2006 graduate of Providence College with a BA in History. After graduating from college I went and backpacked by myself through Europe, which was one of the greatest experiences of my life. Besides working in the UAAP I volunteer during the winter as a Coach for my hometown’s Youth Wrestling Program.

I was born and raised about 20 minutes north of Boston in Lynnfield, MA, a small bedroom community. I am a HUGE sports fan (especially Boston sports) and am always willing to talk about Baseball, Football, Basketball, Hockey, or Soccer. Other then spending way too much time on sports I also enjoy hanging out with friends, watching movies, listening to music, and working out (you will probably bump into me at the Z Center). If you want to know anything else about me or have a question just ask I am always happy to strike up a conversation. Otherwise, I am very excited to be helping plan your freshman Orientation and I look forward to meeting all of you in late August or early September.
